Introducing Darrin Brinsden


Darrin is a seasoned leader, facilitator and consultant. He has a knack of pooling collective wisdom, reflecting and bringing new thinking to the table. His ability to marry written and visual form quickly achieves desired results.

He is also skilled in facilitating big topic discussions as he is a strategic thinker who works in a systems thinking and critical thinking manner. Darrin has a finely balanced ability to know when to be supportive and when to be directive. His clients feel engaged and that the achievements they make are their successes.

Darrin is informed by solid technology and culture change experience across multiple sectors and geographies. He has spent the last 10 years working with organisations internationally to crystallise and solve strategic problems using a range of techniques including - inquiry, leading, facilitating, designing and story-telling to improve organisation culture.
